A 67-page resource and workbook to take you from “OMG, it’s hopeless” to “Yay! I’m clear. I’ve got a plan. And I know my next steps.” so you can finally get your organization moving toward a Quality Culture.

This workbook guides you as you explore the key elements of a robust Quality Culture: Looking at how things currently stand, what you envision is possible, and a clear plan to get there.

The massive (and messy!) task of improving your Quality Culture is broken down into actionable steps that are clear and doable. So you can finally get moving.

It’s as close as I can come to coaching you through the process, without being by your side.

As you work your way through the Blueprint you’ll be sorting through your dreams, current status, and thoughts about plans for improvement in the following areas:

  • Leadership commitment

  • Customer focus

  • Continuous Improvement

  • Systems and processes

  • Resource allocation

  • Employee engagement and empowerment

  • Recognition and rewards

  • Communication

  • Feedback mechanisms

  • Training and development

The goal is to get clarity on what you need to work on in each area and then go beyond that to get clarity on your overall priority in terms of what to work on first. Then you’ll create a plan and start working on it.

That’s it. It’s not rocket science. It’s not complicated.

It’s about clarity and action.

No action, no results.

If you’re interested in also having one month’s access to The Quality Network membership community so that you have additional resources, peer support, office hours for support and coaching from me, and live webinars while you work your way through the Quality Culture Blueprint, consider this option.
